5 Features of the TP-Link TL-WDN3800
Turn Your Desktop Into Wireless
Using the PCI slots on your desktop, you can transform your cable dedicated desktop into a wireless marvel. Why bother using messy cables, when you can have the convenience of wireless plugged into the back of your desktop out of sight.
Wireless N – 300Mbps
Get speeds up to 300Mbps on both the 2.4GHz & 5GHz ranges. The ideal speeds for Online gaming and HD streaming.
Dual Band Technology
Using 2 bands means you can balance traffic to your advantage. Use 5GHz for sensitive traffic types e.g. HD streaming and Voice calls. 5GHz is the less crowded frequency, which means less chance of interruption from phones and microwaves around the home, that can cause issues for wireless networks. 2.4GHz can be used for normal traffic types – emails, Internet browsing and file downloading, for example.
Keep Your Data Secure With WPA/WPA2 Encryption
No-one wants their network to be hacked, or have their wireless traffic snooped by intruders. The TP-Link TL-WDN3800 encrypts data with WPA & WPA2 security. Relax knowing that your Internet browsing is safe and secure.
Simplicity in Operation
It’s never been easier to set up an adapter and connect to wireless. With the bundled CD, install the TP-Link software on your device, giving you full control of all the adapters settings. Change wireless settings & establish connections without needing to be a technical guru.
